Explore Eagle County and Western Colorado Real Estate from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties was founded in 1971 by John Slevin and is currently owned by his son, Michael Slevin. We started out as a one-office company located in Vail, Colorado and then opened our second office in Beaver Creek, Colorado when Beaver Creek was founded as a Colorado ski resort. At that time, we had about ten real estate brokers and two offices in the Vail Valley. Today we have grown into a wonderful company with over one hundred real estate brokers, 14 real estate offices throughout Western Colorado, and one vacation and property management office located in the Vail Valley. We have now expanded into Summit County, Mesa County, Montrose County, Telluride, Durango, and Winter Park. We are still family owned and operated and continue to maintain our position in leading real estate sales in the Vail Valley.
